Russia and Vietnam will cooperate in the construction of Vietnam’s first nuclear power plant

BEIJING, Sept. 3, according to Xinhua reports the BBC on the 2nd, the president of Russia’s state nuclear company in Vietnam to celebrate the occasion of the 65th anniversary of independence on a working visit to Vietnam, Wednesday he discussed with Vietnamese officials in Vietnam, Russia to help build and develop nuclear industrial problems.

Vietnamese experts, chosen Russia as a partner mainly because of Russia’s nuclear power plants safe, and that Russia is willing to help Vietnam deal with nuclear waste.

In recent years, the United States, Japan, India and South Korea are offered with the Vietnamese to cooperate in nuclear energy development.
